This is one little project I did do this year- I made this ornament for a baby's first Christmas-a gift, with his name and the year stitched on the back. I made it from my felted wool (cashmere scarves work really well) and then embroidered all the details. My own design, no pattern. My sewing looks sorta primitive, I am not a very precise sewer. But hopefully that adds to the character : )

Felted Santa.
