I have been trying to catch a decent eagle photo, but have not been successful yet- I need one that will show up good in the paper. While I like this photo, I am not sure the eagle would show up well enough in print.
I have figured out the best place to find eagles is feasting on road kill. I drove past this spot several times, and stopped to catch them...but it's still tricky. They like to fly away when I stop.
