This evening the kids were missing home school.
Sadie told me "I really didn't appreciate home school enough when we were doing it." She misses her free time at home.
The problem is, I feel like they get so little time at home. They are spending over 2 hours a day on the bus. They only get about 4 hours a day awake at home, and a lot of that time is taken up with supper, homework, bedtime routine, etc. It doesn't seem right to me. I wish they could have more time to roam, more time to discover, more time to play.
I guess I kinda miss home school too.

Sounds as though your home school was very inspired....I'm not surprised Sadie misses it! Do you think you'll do it again?
