A photo I took last week at the Cross Country meet. Some of you may recognize the front runner.
As the top finishers ran down the chute, they were sobbing, wretching, clearly spent and in pain.
Cross County is not a sport for the weak, nor for those who want glory.

I am pained, cause they didn't use this one in the paper. I think they should have.
I figured the title pain would peak some curiousity.
