Spring roads have happened. The ditches are full of water, the culverts are spewing cold melted snow and the gravel is washing this way and that. Our county road is closed between us and the highway. We went to investigate after school today.
You can see the snow is gone, but it is not green yet.
As we were standing there, the dirt kept caving in.

Then we stopped at Troy and Nora's. They have a new shaggy pony over there, perfect for the kids to ride on. Sadie's legs almost touch the ground! Not a far fall. His name is Buddy.
