Gave myself a pass.

Last night I gave myself a pass.
I saw an unflattering photo of myself on Facebook. It was a good shot of my double chin.
As I was clicking through photos, I found it, and then clicked on by.
Later I went back, because the memory of it was kind of painful.
And I decided to to be fine with it. It is who I am. And I am not going to let an unattractive photo ruin my day.

We just need to be kind to ourselves.

(I did look at it again today, it's still there, still unattractive, but I am still passing.)
